Who can use Earn Scroll app

Earn Scroll app is available to anyone aged 13 or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What Earn Scroll app does

Earn Scroll app uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls framework to restrict access to apps you select, and uses your device camera to count physical reps and award screen time. These features require permissions you grant during setup.

Your health & safety

Earn Scroll app encourages physical exercise. You are responsible for exercising safely and within your own physical limits. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise routine if you have health concerns. Earn Scroll app is not liable for any injury or health issue arising from use of the app.

Don't game the system

Earn Scroll app is built on honesty. Don't use tools, objects, or workarounds to fake rep counts. Using the app in bad faith defeats the purpose and may result in removal of access.

Subscription

Earn Scroll app offers a free 7-day trial, followed by a paid subscription billed via the App Store. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple. We do not process payments directly. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings.

No warranties

Earn Scroll app is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it working well, but we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of rep counting, or uninterrupted access. App Store updates, iOS changes, or device compatibility may affect functionality.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earn Scroll app and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll communicate significant changes through an app update. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
