Why aren't my apps being blocked?
Make sure you've granted Screen Time permission during setup. Go to Settings → Screen Time and check that Earn Scroll app has access. If not, delete and reinstall the app and go through setup again.
The camera isn't counting my reps.
Make sure you're in good lighting and your full body is visible to the camera. Place your phone on a stable surface about 1.5–2 meters away. Camera permission must be granted — check Settings → Privacy → Camera → Earn Scroll app.
I lost my earned time.
Earned time carries over permanently and never expires. Free daily time resets at midnight. If something seems wrong, restart the app and check again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Earn Scroll app → Cancel. Apple handles all billing — we don't store any payment information.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Earn Scroll app → tap Restore Purchase on the paywall screen. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used when you originally subscribed.
Does Earn Scroll app collect any of my data?
No. Everything stays on your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No accounts, no analytics, no ads.
